Dental care is more than a luxury—it’s a basic need. Sadly, many families in remote or low-income areas have limited access to professional oral health services. That’s why the Lotus Foundation Inc. launched a week-long FREE DENTAL MISSION in May 2025, reaching over five underserved communities in Zambales and Bataan.
This meaningful initiative was made possible through the generous sponsorship of Mr. Ulrich Strobel and Mr. Ben Nabert, who share our commitment to bringing hope and healing where it’s needed most.
What the FREE DENTAL MISSION Offered
From May 21 to May 30, our dental outreach team provided free consultations, extractions, fillings, oral hygiene kits, and educational sessions on proper brushing and dental care. These services were delivered with compassion and skill, ensuring every patient felt safe, seen, and valued.
This mission was more than a response to toothaches—it was a commitment to long-term health, dignity, and empowerment. Many participants, especially children and senior citizens, expressed their deep gratitude, noting that this was their first access to dental services in years.
Five Communities, Countless Lives Touched
🗓️ May 21 – BJMP, Olongapo City
Inmates at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology were given rare access to professional dental care. For many, it was their first dental checkup in years.
🗓️ May 21 – Sto. Itanglew, San Rafael, San Marcelino, Zambales
Hundreds of residents arrived early to receive care. Volunteers served tirelessly under the sun, treating both children and elders.
🗓️ May 21 – Brgy. San Miguel, San Antonio, Zambales
Despite unpredictable weather, the team provided urgent care, emphasizing preventive education for long-term impact.
🗓️ May 27 – Landfill Community, Cabalan, Olongapo City
Families who live and work in the landfill area were prioritized. Toothbrush kits and fluoride treatments were provided to children, many of whom had never owned a toothbrush.
🗓️ May 30 – Brgy. Tipo, Hermosa, Bataan
Our final stop wrapped up with over 80 patients served. Volunteers and health workers celebrated another successful outreach filled with restored smiles.

This mission would not have been possible without the heartfelt support of our sponsors and volunteers. Mr. Strobel and Mr. Nabert’s sponsorship covered medical supplies, logistics, and meals, while local barangay leaders and health workers ensured smooth coordination and community trust.
