About Erlynne

Erlynne T. Sarte is a dedicated leader, educator, and advocate for sustainable agriculture and community empowerment. With a wealth of experience in education, farm operations, and social impact, she plays a key role in shaping programs that uplift individuals and create lasting change.

As an Administrator and Board of Trustee of Lotus Foundation Inc., Erlynne helps steer the foundation’s initiatives, ensuring that they remain aligned with its mission of empowering communities through education, livelihood, and agricultural sustainability. Her leadership ensures that every program and outreach effort makes a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

In her role as President and Trainer at Lotus Farm School and Training Center Inc., she is at the forefront of agricultural education and skills training, equipping aspiring farmers and agri-entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, and hands-on experience needed to succeed. She is a certified trainer in Animal Production (Ruminants) NC II, accredited by TESDA, and has trained countless individuals to become self-sufficient and skilled in modern farming practices.

Beyond education, Erlynne also serves as the Operations Manager at Lotus Dairy Farm, overseeing the day-to-day farm operations, quality assurance, and sustainable farming practices. Under her leadership, the farm has grown into a model for responsible and ethical dairy farming, ensuring that both the animals and the environment are well cared for.

As a Board of Trustee of Lotus Foundation Inc., Erlynne brings her extensive experience in agriculture, education, and business management to guide the organization’s initiatives. She plays an integral role in strategic planning, program development, and ensuring that the foundation’s projects continue to create meaningful impact.
